THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY! YOU NEED SUPPORT, BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS FOR SUPPORT SERVICE! After installing the application, it does not run automatically. I need to perform a manual installation, but I waited for two hours and no one responded. There is no detailed installation video for installing the application either. Despite writing numerous times, there has been no response.

Some store themes are unique and non-standard, and because of this, some Shopify apps require a more manual installation process (depending on your Shopify theme). However our support team will always do this free of charge :) You messaged our support inbox just before our normal working hours today. About 1 hour later when we got in, we responded to your chat, and helped you create an in cart upsell offer on a live chat. You had a couple of questions and we did our best to answer them during the live chat interaction... then you stopped responding at that point in the chat :( We would still love the chance to help you get the upsells you need on your store, get setup and answer any questions you have.
