Not perfect, but close enough for a "free app" to add an optional shipping insurance at checkout. Support was available to live chat during the day and helpful!

Their support is awesome. But, their app UI interface should be upgraded more. Also, they can add more customization options there.

Very nice experience in a few days. We expect to see the result at the end of the month. However, there is one big big flaw for us. Our shop is multilingual. We were able to define the words used by this app in only one language. So we can visit the site in the other 2 languages, the words used by the application remain unchanged and not translated.

Good, easy to use system for adding basic offers to your site. You will not need any coding knowledge - plug and play. Customer service is awesome - their representative spent ages with me to troubleshoot on a Holiday Weekend. Very Good Service! :)

I've been using this app on and off for over 5 years with over $20K in additional in-cart upsells. I recently changed themes and had several issues with it showing and their support got with me ASAP to fix.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with In Cart Upsell & Cross Sell. It has some limitations with the logic and how smoothly it works in AJAX carts with seemingly no interest to improve it. But the app gets the job done it has yielded some good results. The support by Rasheem has been above and beyond!

Good, helpful support. Had a few issues with integrating, but all fixed and now runs smooth. Have still not worked out how to have the upsell on a product page as opposed to checkout. I would also like a more customer friendly format to seeing more than one offer at the checkout.

Easy to navigate & simple design. It would be great if there was more depth with the does/does not include rules, as this can be quite limiting.

Works well for the most part but has been a bit buggy on our custom theme. We have had some issues with promotions displaying where they shouldn't or continuing to display once they have been paused/deleted. Support is always quick and very helpful though.

This app is definitely worth it. It makes us more money than it costs. Customer service is amazing. They customized the design just how I wanted it and so that looks like a native part of the page. I give this page one star less than the top rating because the back end has to stay quite simple. I struggle with creating really smart offers. I have set it so that my top upsell products get displayed at any time. Easy

The Customer support is really excellent. Answering real quick and solving any issue we get. The app offers multiple settings and customizations. The only thing missing here is an easy control of the offer's price.

So far so good. Some issues with billing showing a usage fee (Shopify's fault, not InCart's) that caused and continues to cause some problems with our accounting software.

I like flexibility in types of upsells. It’s intuitive once you get the hang of it. It works well with Shopify discounts. The first time I set one up I saw it quickly increase sale amount. Customer service has very good turnaround times and quickly addresses my questions.
