When we set up our courses with Inflowkit a few years ago we were happy with the simple but well functioning interface and received great customer support. However, for the last 3 months we've been trying to get in touch with customer service and have had zero response, in addition to scheduling a call that no one showed up for. If someone from Inflowkit sees this, please contact us!
I configured the Inflowkit app, but I faced a few issues during setup. I reached out to support, and they initially responded saying they would check, but after that, there was no follow-up. My further questions went unanswered, and I waited 7–8 hours without any response. The next day, the entire chat disappeared, and the issues were still unresolved. Overall, the support experience was very poor.

We were working on your issues the whole time, but with the time difference our responses were too slow and I understand why it felt like we went quiet. We did try to follow up but it seems those messages didn't reach you, likely due to the same browser session issue that caused the chat to disappear on your end. That's on us to handle better, and we're making changes to how we keep merchants updated while we work through their issues. Your case is still open and we'd love to get this sorted for you. be very be careful, once you subscribed, I cannot find the way to cancel the subscription
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration. To clarify, app subscriptions are managed by Shopify and can only be canceled through your shop’s admin. Uninstalling the app will automatically cancel the subscription. We also offer a free plan, so merchants can always downgrade if needed

Our website development has been stalled for 5 days, and they haven't responded to our emails. The support is a disaster and completely ignores our emails. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Update: the courses work fine, they are very basic and not very polished, but they work. The subscriptions though? We've been trying to get subscriptions to work correctly for over a year, and despite repeated assurances that they are working on it, we have customers still being billed incorrectly every month that we have to manually refund. Inflowkit may just be in over their head on this one. I have moved over to Inflowkit from Thinkific, because I needed my virtual classroom integrated within my Shopify site. Dennis and the crew at Inflowkit have answered every question in record time, and they have even implemented several of my suggestions for a smoother UI (both for me and my customers). It still doesn't quite do everything that Thinkific did for me, but I really feel like it is constantly improving, and the developers actually care about making the app better all the time.

I've been using the app for a few months for a small membership as well as a course hub, and found it quite robust so far even on the free plan. Dennis and his team are very responsive to questions and suggestions, and I've had no issues raised with my members and customers . Appreciate the support and the app!

At first I wanted to find a platform where I could store all my info for my courses - I mean video materials, mp3 format materials, everything. And then I clicked on inflowkit. Which turned out to be a good solution. I have tons of material - have been teaching English for 10 years -, so I needed a platform with unlimited storage. Inflowkit gives you just that. Moreover, the staff are very helpful: I always get replies from support within 24 hours. Support was also helpful when I wanted to reschedule a meeting. So I vote for Inflowkit

The app works great and integrates with Shopify very well. I had some questions about the app and its functionalities and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. A team member was quick to offer to meet with me over Zoom to personally walk me through the steps of what I wanted to get done. He was extremely patient, polite, knowledgeable and proactive in suggesting solutions and making sure everything worked as expected.

Believe me when I say this, this is my first course maker app on Shopify and it will always be the best in my opinion. It's well designed for almost all type of subscription business models. For example, I used this app to create a course for education and worked exceptionally well for me. Another point that makes the app great is about Inflowkit's customer support. They reply fast enough and have the capability to solve my questions as well as my problems. They're very patient with me, I could still remember their customer support being able to assist me for more than 2 hours. The drawbacks? I don't really have any for now, just hope that they can continue provide their service with more features and a more friendly price for upgrade plans. I will continue to support, keep it up!

Being a small business owner, it's hard to find quality, cost effective solutions that meet my business needs. I needed a solution that would allow me offer product subscription/autoship options for my customers AND a place to house, sell and broadcast my online training for students. Though there are a several Shopify compatible apps out there, they are very costly and have a lot of features that, as a small business, I just didn't need. And most of the time you need 2 or 3 different apps just to get the job done. Enter INFLOWKIT! I've been using them now for almost a year, maybe a little longer and it's been a blessing. Not only do they meet my needs for product subscriptions and online training offerings, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! They are friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. AND they are constantly adding new features to better serve their customers needs. Inflowkit is a wonderful solution, I highly suggest giving them a try.

I am highly impressed with the level of support that is provided with this app. They are quick to respond to emails and will even schedule a Zoom session. this was huge because to getting our membership up and running quickly. I highly recommend this app.
