This is by far one of the best and most productive programs for someone who sells both on ebay and on their won website. They are coming out with even more features and iI'm lovin it more than mcDonalds!!!! Lets Go!!!!

I was a long time user of Inkfrog's previous online platform, inkfrog.com. After recently opening a Shopify store, philsretro.com, I decided to give Inkfrog Open a try as a way to manage my eBay listings. So far, I am loving this new Inkfrog. It's fast for listings and managing listings. I love the clean, simple look of the online site. I had no problem importing some of my inventory from my shopify store and quickly listing it in my eBay store, after I set up various profiles and created some custom templates. So far, Inkfrog Open rocks and I highly recommend this app!

No longer free to use but it's a good eBay tool regardless... With Inkfrog's recent addition of order integration with Shopify, this app deserves 5 stars! I have been using Inkfrog Open for 2 years, longer than I have Shopify and love that I can customize my Ebay business. Great listing templates, manage messages and an easy user interface all make Inkfrog Open an amazing FREE tool to help us as business owners manage our Ebay business. 5 stars!

This app is great for posting on ebay. It makes my life much easier by pulling in all of the listing info from shopify. And when I had an issue (and it was ebay and not the app) inkfrog helped me work through it. THANKS!

This team has awesome customer service. I emailed them this morning with an issue, with the expectation of not receiving a response back today. Not only did I receive a response within 15 mins, they also fixed all of the issues I had and offered me a video chat to show me how to work features. Thanks Sheryl you rock! Lesley www.KeChic.com

I had some teething problems when I first installed this app, as it didn't seem very obvious how to set it up. I wanted to contact support to ask for help, but the 'support' button link was broken. At the last minute I found an email address, so contacted them, and I have to say I they were SUPER helpful, patient and available. They sent me YouTube tutorials which made it much clearer, fixed the broken link right away, and even checked back several times to see if things were working ok. After a little time spent getting my head around the app and creating profiles for my listings, it's working seamlessly and I am very impressed. If you're new to all this or just starting out, or frustrated trying to get things to work, I highly recommend you persevere - I'm very glad I did. Ask for help, the support team are excellent!

This app is amazing. It makes managing our eBay listings so easy, and this app itself is so smooth and easy to use.

Absolute brilliant app. Brilliant support and works flawlessly! One of the best we've tried. My only negative would be, that it doesn't import the orders from Ebay into the Shopify side of things. It would make it so much easier to keep track of orders. Aside from that, I can't recommend this highly enough.

I've tried several eBay integrations, and inkFrog is by far the best. Excellent support, excellent UI, excellent features. It is a pleasure to use, and I expect great things from this development company in the future! Currently eBay sales do not register in Shopify as Orders, however I am waiting for that to be improved!

I think this app is excellent it does exactly what its supposed to do and makes syncing with eBay a delight.. The videos on YouTube make it so easy to use that anyone can set this up very quickly.I would recommend this app to anyone and everyone that wants to sync Shopify and Ebay

I love this app. It has saved me a ton of time. I did have to thoroughly look at it to figure out the beginning stages of listing items to ebay.

I'm giving this app two stars because I do think that set-up was quite easy and user-friendly, giving this app some potential. However, and this is a big however, once synced this app completely messed up my inventory. I had to head to the store in the middle of the night, take my e-commerce site offline, and rush to perform inventory (which normally takes 2-3 days) so that I could get my site back up. I read a couple of other reviews that had the same problem, and the suggestion was made to have your inventory on paper before installing this app. That would be your best bet! I use Shopify as my master for my inventory, so I was out of luck.

Ebay sent me an offer, 2000 items free listings. Okay, I listed my 1800 items from my Shopfiy store to eBay in about 2 hours including setup. 1800 items in 2 hours listed. This is the way to go to export to ebay.

This not the best app in its category but I think It is the BEST APP on shopify in General. It does exactly what it says maybe more. We have used over 25 various apps in Shopify for different needs and 9 out of 10 had some issues or corrupt sections. Ink Frog is a perfect app and I am sure paid version will make miracles. Thank You

Seamless! Didn't take long to setup and import all our products. Loaded them into ebay at the press of a button or two.

I was really impressed at how this app works, the support is great, and responds very quickly. I have been playing around with other apps, and this app is by far the best.

inkFrog has made replicating my Shopify store on eBay simple and efficient. inkFrog's system lets me fulfill orders without going into the clunky eBay summary pages. I started with inkFrog's very flexible templates and have since moved into custom javascript listing templates but either way, inkFrog is a flexible and powerful management center for our eBay store. After using it a month, you won't want to live without it.
