To share a bit more context here: the disconnections you encountered are related to authentication token expirations from a third-party API. These can occur for reasons outside of our direct control, such as security updates, API limitations, or unexpected token resets. Unfortunately, this tends to happen more often with Personal accounts, which are inherently less stable when connected through these APIs. We know that explanations don’t erase the frustration you experienced, and we’re truly sorry you had to go through this.
