SCAMMERS! This app will slow down your page causing conflict in product pages, checkout, add unwanted codes and java scripts that raises your INP levels, no form of contact no support email, STAY AWAY!
Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern. Upon checking on your case, we noticed your account was never connected and no widget was ever published. That means our app did not add any code to your storefront. After uninstall, we also have no access or ability to remove or modify anything on your store. Upon further checking, to ensure full accuracy, our team also reviewed your current store and found that the scripts in question are likely coming from another app, as explained in our previous response, not from our app. We’ve also sent you a detailed explanation via email. Shoddy, frequently disconnects

To share a bit more context here: the disconnections you encountered are related to authentication token expirations from a third-party API. These can occur for reasons outside of our direct control, such as security updates, API limitations, or unexpected token resets. Unfortunately, this tends to happen more often with Personal accounts, which are inherently less stable when connected through these APIs. We know that explanations don’t erase the frustration you experienced, and we’re truly sorry you had to go through this. The app does not work properly, It get wrong account media when I put my Instagram username and have no way to fix that or try put my credentials again, I try delete and reinstall but It come back with welcome again in the same wrong pat, without way to come back in step to try fix, I think its just lost of time....

doesnt even work for product tagging or the widget it self, fix it before you offer it as a paid app itleast.
Hi Q by QS team, This is Rachel from Instagram Feed, Story & TikTok team. On behalf of the team, we truly appreciate your feedback. As per carefully checking, allow me to clarify that we actually do not have the function to get the tagged products (from Instagram) and sync them to your site because there is no API returned by Instagram to do that. We do understand our user's requirements, and would love them to enjoy our Socialwidget the most. That is why we developed the "Tag Product" function. Instead of getting the tagged from Instagram (but API Instagram does not allow), you will need to work manually on the app. The ultimate goal is to have those tagged products appear on the Instagram feed (on the website) that will meet your first requirement. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the issue that the widget was not showing on your storefront. Since the app had been removed from your Shopfiy, we could not investigate the root causes. However, I believe it may require some extra codes (if there is the custom page). Our team is willing to standby and assist if you meet any problems and can bring the most experience for our users. The app still includes many useful features for merchants. I honestly wish you had given us more time to experience before this rating. We value and respect your feedback.
