Excellent support. I couldn't install the app properly at first, but helpful support got me up and running in no time. The real-time chat support is very reassuring. The availability of chat support is an important factor when choosing an app.

Widget looks great. We had an issue with the integration with the theme we are using for our client but support from OneCommerce was awesome. Quick and nothing was too much of a problem. Will use for all our Shopify client sites going forward.

Excellent support team, was quickly able to resolve my issue even though the page was not made on shopify directly, it was created on pagefly, the team was quick to get the changes implemented and get the app live

Really nice layout options and easy to use features, compared to various other similar apps I tried. Swift support too! Not a huge fan of the ads/pop ups in app but aside from that, no complaints :)

I struggled to connect to Instagram when first installing the app. I reached out to support who immediately got back to me. First class support from Rachel who showed me exactly what do to. It was so easy and don't know how I could have got it wrong! Now showing on the home page of the website and looking great. Hoping it will help create a lot more Instagram followers for us.
