Easy to install, customise to preferences and place on page. I like the feature to tag products but would rather this be a sync from the original insta feed rather than manually having to do this on the app.

great app. very simple and looks good. support is fast and helpful. the fifth star would be if the product tags from instagram would be automatically taken over.

The feed is quite easy to setup. It's also very simple to customize. i sure hope they also bring more interconnectivity with other social media aggregator apps.

Used it for a while. Happy overall with the functions and its easy to use. Very helpful support also. I would love this app even more if the posts was translated automaticly in Shopify. Also it would be great if Instafeed would make every post to a blog post, that way it would be indexed in Google and the post could give the store more traffic (better SEO). Another thing I miss is the ability to link (have buttons) for collection and pages, not only for products. You know sometimes you want to promote a sale, in stock products, a collection/brand, etc. Hope you can look into this team! :D Edit: Some way it says "About 1 year using this app" but we have used this app for over 4 years and are happy.

The setting is very easy. If you want adapt to your website design, the support team is very efficient, and kindly do what you request. In my case I am very happy with the result !

Does what it says. And, it's free in basic form. I'm satisfied with it. One small thing: when an app update is needed, either Instagram or the app throws up an error message on your site. Not great. I'd prefer that it had a more site-friendly approach. I was able to remove the error message by reconnecting the app to Instagram, which automatically updated the app. It took a while to figure out where the error message was coming from. It's just something to keep an eye on. Other than that, very nice.

Just loaded this App. SO I'll need to wait on giving it 5 stars after using it for a while. Had tried another first - but had too many problems installing. I'll say this: the installation for Instafeed was a breeze and I look forward to seeing how it works going forward.

Great app displays the pics very nicely, it adds a great touch to my store, because I am able to display product and influencer pics

Good because it's free and it works. My only gripe is that it is not mobile responsive. If it was, this would be 5 stars.

Pretty good APP. One thing is that I do have a long delay between posting on my IG and my feed updating in the APP. I presume that this is not a normal behavior because it is very inconvenient to workflow. I have tried logging out, clearing my cache, even a new private browser window to test the update, but no luck so far.

We believe that what you want is an adaptive layout which means having a different number of rows and columns in mobile. That is offered in our Pro and Biz plans. It is simple to use and very easy to set up, but I decided to uninstall it. This app only filters hashtags down by your own account posts with that hashtag, not ALL the public posts with that hashtag. I get that some stores might want to limit their posts to only their own account posts, but we are using this for a fundraiser and wanted everyone's posts to show. They were quick with the support and let me know that this app wouldn't work how we wanted it to. If you want to save a little money and know what you want to use this for, it's a good app. We just needed more.
