At first there was an issue that it couldn't load because I had an older Shopify theme and it said to contact them for help. Within a few hours they had fixed the issue and my Instagram feed was installed. ( I'm on the free plan.) Impressed with the customer service.

I needed help with my IG feed showing up on my homepage as the web designers used a legacy theme and the usual tutorials weren't working. When I reached out to Instafeed/Mintt Studio directly, they emailed back within 10 minutes, I granted them the limited access to my Shopify account and they fixed in less than 24hrs! Super communicative, fast and easy to work with. Thank you, best customer/tech support that I've experienced in a long time from any company!

Great app for Instagram integration in shopify store, the customer support team is as fast as light, I was having trouble to incorporate Insta feed in my store and the soon I mailed the customer support team, they resolved ,y issue within 20 minutes. Thank you Instagram Feed team.

They were prompt in assisting me with my issue. My reels grid started showing in the Instafeed app that I wanted hidden and they resolved it right away.
