At first there was an issue that it couldn't load because I had an older Shopify theme and it said to contact them for help. Within a few hours they had fixed the issue and my Instagram feed was installed. ( I'm on the free plan.) Impressed with the customer service.

I needed help with my IG feed showing up on my homepage as the web designers used a legacy theme and the usual tutorials weren't working. When I reached out to Instafeed/Mintt Studio directly, they emailed back within 10 minutes, I granted them the limited access to my Shopify account and they fixed in less than 24hrs! Super communicative, fast and easy to work with. Thank you, best customer/tech support that I've experienced in a long time from any company!

They were prompt in assisting me with my issue. My reels grid started showing in the Instafeed app that I wanted hidden and they resolved it right away.

If you add the Instafeed to one page, it will show up on other pages as well. I tried to have it only on one page but was unable to do this. Tried the live chat with support, but the live chat support is just a way to collect emails and no one is actually live. If you try to rate the app one star anywhere else but here it just pulls up the so-called live chat, pretty shady.
Hi Pitcher Perfect Plants, Instafeed is added manually to the theme by store owners, it can be added anywhere in your store both on all pages or only on a specific page. It seems that you added it to the footer or a page template and not a specific page. Our team will get in touch with you to help you via a review reply so we can help you. Regarding support, you are referring to our ticket system support and not live chat as we don't offer chat support by default, only upon request. Offering ticket-first support, allows us to provide better and more efficient support since you'll be talking directly with our development team. Regarding your concern about why we ask for an email, we take privacy as a top priority and for that reason, we don't collect emails from stores on app install. You'll never get unsolicited contacts or emails from us. That means that when you contact us, we ask you to provide an email so we can get back to you. This allows you to choose which contact you want to share with us. Feel free to contact us, we are happy to help set up Instafeed in your store properly. Best, Instafeed team
