Instafeed ‑ Instagram Feed

This app saved us, due to the sudden changes between Instagram and Shopify. Customizable rows/columns and width between photos is great! Easy to install - even if your theme doesn't automatically support it, you can still insert it by directly editing code, which is nice. Thanks again guys!

Great so far. So bummed that the Instagram feature on our theme was disabled, but so happy to find this one. Really awesome. And it's free! I'm considering paying for this app so I can tag products - BUT, I hope they can add UGC as a feature to the app.

It was an easy read. Luckily I was familiar with my theme and it was old so I had to copy and paste the code into the code editor index.liquid. I recommend only 5 columns and 1 row so the photos show up better on a cell phone. I set it to click to my instagram account. be sure to add the @ symbol for your account if you use # it brings up some weird website. It's a great app, it is positioned just where I wanted it above my footer and I am enjoying my new Instagram app. Great price too, FREE ! Only objection is for any reason you change your instagram password this app stops working and have to approve all over again with new password. Remember that.

Super easy install and the free plan gave me exactly what I needed to replace the native integration I was previously using through Shopify.

I tried two other apps before Instafeed, which were pretty awful. Instafeed was really simple to use - just link up with your IG feed and then copy and paste a bit of code into a custom html section on my Shopify home page. Works perfectly! - many thanks.

I found this super easy to install and customise. I'm using the free plan, will look at upgrading later.

Exactly what I needed + exceptional service... were only too happy to help when I wanted bespoke placement of my IG photos. Highly recommend!

Free version is pretty useless without mobile column number option. 4 Images in row look very small. It is not something complicated to add, it's just a bad marketing decision aimed to squeeze more money from users, which I find unethical and unprofessional. There are better apps providing much more control without trying to charge you for each more or less essential option.

Good because it's free and it works. My only gripe is that it is not mobile responsive. If it was, this would be 5 stars.

To include the feed on the main homepage was easy, but for me it is difficult to find out how to add some images to the product pages. I only downloaded the app because this feature was advertised. I don´t understand why they don´t upload a video on youtube explaining this. I wrote the support team an email 5 days ago and still haven´t received any answer. This feature might work, but I can´t continue to work because of the lack of service.

Instagram is changing the way it connects to Shopify so I was looking for a good app to replace our home page feed. Great app. I tend to post my Works in Progress to my instagram channel and this app allows me to share some of my most recent posts on my homepage.

ADR Update: 6/29/22 We had some major other issues happening with our site that affected Instagram feed and when contacting their support, they went above and beyond to help me isolate other issues that were affecting their feed. Their insights narrowed down my search to see what other apps were affecting our store functionality. Long story short, Instagram feed has wonderful support, smart & engaging professionals.
