SO far the app has been working great! I occasionally have a formatting problem and the images get skewed but it's an easy fix once I figured out how to fix it.
Amazing App, using since a year. no issues so far & Make a better glace for my site.
issues with it randomly not showing up on site and needed to redo the token. when working, it's great
Hello Glass City Pipes, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Tokens are managed by Instagram and not Instafeed, and they usually expire for security reasons to protect your Instagram account. WOW what a great app and easy to install. It was just a matter of following the links, cut and paste BAM all done. We ran into one hiccup a few days after we installed it. We emailed Nuno and it was fixed on the spot. I own them a bag of JERKY Vincent M Greenport JERKY Company

It's somewhat easy to install and considering it's free is great. If you aren't a coder though you might have trouble. I'm not a coder. I was able to figure out some of my set up issues which was answered in the FAQ like I picked wrong account and then wanted a title to the section. I don't understand why there isn't a box you could click in the set up for it instead of needing to paste in coding. I still can't figure out how to position this feed where I want on my home page. Currently it's under my newsletter subscription request and I would like it above that or even better yet, alongside the text of our statement. There seems to be some sort of instructions but it's not clear and I am not about to test this and mess up my site playing where do I pop in this coding. I also was interested in adding the animation effects but was confused with the instructions.

I was glad to see that Instfeed integrated with Shopify, as it was pretty confusing for me (someone who doesn't know coding). But the customizations are so limited, I find myself googling how to modify the code to get it to display the way I want. Especially for the mobile version, it's showing up as one photo per row and huge, so unattractive! Please help fix this.

Don't know what's going on, but somehow the pics never changed to the size that I want them to display online. And did not have " Follow Us On Instagram" on top, is only pics.

Very simple. Pretty good for a free app.
I tried many other IG apps before landing to this one and I have to say that it is by far the best. I even paid for a couple other apps, but I really didn't like how they looked on my website plus they slowed down the page loading.. This app has been really the best of all and I highly recommend it!
