We installed this app to help mitigate the costs associated with damaged and lost parcels. Rajan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the setup process, taking the time to configure the app to meet our specific requirements. The setup was smooth, and the support we received was excellent. We’re very happy with the experience so far and would highly recommend both the app and the level of customer service provided.

Does not let me setup. In Configuration Wizard there are 3 Steps, Setup Insurance Plan, Finish Setup, and Enable. Per the Guide once I create an Insurance Plan and click the Next button it should take me to Step 2 - Finish Setup ... but it doesn't .. just stays on the Step 1.
