Great app and excellent support! We used Insureful to add shipping insurance and needed help fixing a UX/UI issue on our checkout page. Their team was very responsive and resolved everything quickly. Very simple and straight forward app to use. Very usefull for conversion. Globally solid. Had a small issue with the app and the customer service was on point. In less than five minutes I had all my problems solved. Deserve 5 stars just for the service.

The app developers are helpful and knowledgeable about Shopify. We had some very specific needs for our store and they were very accommodating and made multiple customizations. Would recommend just based on the support.

The support team is absolutely amazing! They helped me install the app on my theme and even assisted with redesigning the widget to fit perfectly. Their response time is incredibly fast, and their professionalism is top-notch—this is by far the best app support I’ve ever experienced! I was a bit disappointed to learn that the widget can't be added to the Checkout page unless you're on a Shopify Plus plan, but that's a Shopify limitation—not the app's fault. Overall, this is a fantastic app, and I’m excited to test it out with my customers. Highly recommended!
