This is third-class support; whenever an issue comes up, it doesn’t get resolved for an entire week.

very very sleepy customer service, and not user friendly at all, also poor documentation. refund please !

They do work but according their own time. The support is so delay and not that on time. But as I say they work and help the merchants but not on time.
