Honestly, one of the best platforms I’ve ever used! The support team is super fast in responding and explains everything clearly step by step. The platform itself is very easy to use and well organized — even for first-time users. It really helped us manage customer communication in a professional and seamless way, especially with automated WhatsApp messages I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smart, reliable, and fast system that makes the customer experience much better.

I connected Interakt to my shopify store 2 months back and my experience so far has been flawless. The interface is quite simple and easy to navigate and set up by myself and whenever i have any questions, the support team (Pranali Kamble) have been amazingly efficient in their help. The team has been patient and gone out of their way to explain features that I did not even realize that i needed. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

Very bad service by the team and third class response from Harsheet Desai, will suggest you to go to wati or business on bot, as we will be shifting very soon. 10/10 not recommended as they don't care of the clients.
