They do work but according their own time. The support is so delay and not that on time. But as I say they work and help the merchants but not on time.

Honestly, one of the best platforms I’ve ever used! The support team is super fast in responding and explains everything clearly step by step. Very bad service by the team and third class response from Harsheet Desai, will suggest you to go to wati or business on bot, as we will be shifting very soon. 10/10 not recommended as they don't care of the clients.
