Basic whatsapp messaging functionality itself wont work 50% of the time. Facing issues raised multiple tickets but no support from customer care.

Upped charges with no notification, app and website never gave me a single notification and therefore all the money I spent was a waste. Continued to charge me even while I was in touch with them regarding this issue and refused to refund. Scam of a company and 0 customer service.

They are leaking and selling data to other brands in same category. We have first hand experience this post installation of the application.

No customer service at all. its been 10days and still it doesn't sync fully. You can not contact customer support because there is no such option. only option is automated chat which gives useless help article links.

Its been 3 months that I have been asking Interakt team to stop Charging me $35 as I have stopped using their services, but there have not stopped charging me even after multiple reminders via raising tickets and sending emails . They dont even have a proper Customer Support Team to talk to and get our queries resolved . In case the team gets to see this review and can resolve my issue over a call, please call me on 6362069800.

We have been using Interakt for sometime now but recently migrated to Shopify. I think this was a smooth experience and hoping for the best!
