The customer service is absolutely amazing. We are a furniture store that sells online and in-store. We change our shipping scenarios multiple times and every time they are super helpful and ensure that we are happy with our end result. I have had multiple conversions with them on how to do various shipping scenarios and they always give us in-depth detail with pictures on how to achieve what we want. I can't say enough great things about them. If you are unsure, use them! They are super personable, nice, and helpful.

EDIT: Following up on our review after 6 years, and Intuitive Shipping is still serving our needs well. There have been many improvements since we started using the app, and Intuitive Shipping has kept up even as our shipping rules have gotten more complicated. And their support team is still as helpful as ever. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this app! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dang, is this ever a powerful app! We're a wholesale company and have extremely complicated shipping requirements, having to deal with 1) multiple piece shipping, 2) dimensional rates, 3) multiple carriers, 4) shipping promotions, 5) different shipping rules for different products, and numerous other intricacies. Previously we were using an app that was several times as expensive, and still didn't cover all of our requirements. Intuitive Shipping has replaced this app with ease, at a lower price with much better results. Oh, and their support is absolutely fantastic! Fast response times with detailed answers, and consistent followups on issues that needed to be looked at by their development team. All in all, you can't go wring if you choose Intuitive Shipping for your shipping needs. Two thumbs up!

I have used Intuitive Shipping app for several year and their support is the best. Most of our products ship First Class mail but we had several the require special shipping needs and Intuitive Shipping can meed out needs. Thank you, Claudia HomeSewingDepot.com

The most flexible shipping app I've found to handle any scenario you can throw at it. Takes a little upfront design work to get up and running but the Support team is amazing and always helpful.

This is the best shipping app on Shopify by far. It can handle any sort of weird scenario we throw at it. We were using Boxify but it would time out with large quantities. The support team (Paul and Michael) are phenomenal. I'm able to get things answered quickly and efficiently. They are probably the best developers I've ever worked with.

This app has saved us SO much money in incorrectly calculated shipping costs! It integrates with Printful as well. Their customer service is incredible every single time I've had a question. Despite note being the most tech savvy person, their representatives have made the process easy. Highly reccomend

Paul was able to guide me through exactly what we needed to set up, and has been extremely patient and responsive every time I reach out to him with a question or issue. 100% recommend.

This app has provided THE solution to our complex shipping requirements. Once configured, the smartboxing algorithm really improved the delivery service options and rates returned for our customers. It integrates well with our UPS carrier negotiated rates. The support team provided excellent customer support as we worked through all of the configuration and testing.

Our store (aaronpackaging.com) has complex and specific shipping needs. 1) We have products that we store in one of three different locations in three different States. 2) Each of those products can be purchased individually, or in a prepackaged case. 3) Two of our locations offer customer in-store pick-up. While the other location does NOT. 4) Many of our customers order cases, as well as a variety of additional products individually. Requiring their order be packaged and delivered in several different packages. 5) Some of our customers wish to use their own carrier accounts to pay for shipping, and need that option to be available. So, to put it short.. This app needs to be able to look at the order. Determine which products are prepackaged cases, and which are a loose collection of individual products, figure out the most efficient way to package them all up, then offer accurate shipping options to our customer that include our pre-negotiated rates with UPS, FedEx, as well as offer in-store pick-up, and the option for our customer to use their own carrier account. HOT DOG! This little app does it ALL! Yes, it took a lot of back and forth to set it all up. But their tech help is top-notch. Patient, and clear in their instructions. I am grateful for their continued efforts to support our sites needs. (Updated 11/3/21 to fix grammer)

This is a very robust app with a ton of features that we needed. We had special requirements for shipping multiple packages and it checked all the boxes for us. Their friendly support team was very helpful in providing the assistance we needed for our unique situation. Would definitely recommend this.

Had an urgent issue and they were able to pinpoint it immediately. Was super helpful. We have very specific shipping needs so any glitch can be hard to find.
