Amazing app! Been using them for years and they keep things going perfectly for my business!

The app can be glitchy at times but it has helped me grow my business tremendously. Before installing it I had to manually list and check inventory for all of my products which meant I couldn't list more than a few hundred. Now I have more than 8,000 products on my website and am still adding. There is no way I could keep up with that much inventory without this app.

I had some issues but was able to find out that my supplier was going through an inventory physical count and found that to be the problem. Support was great and responsive in helping me find what was going on. Some minor bumps along the way but for the money and I did not purchase the premium version it works for me and my business.

Been using the App for over 2 years and never had any technical issues. Staff are responsive when making contact and also take onboard recommendations

This app is efficient. I had 2 integrations previously which they provided details introduction of how to integrated my store into their system. Sometimes I had issues and chat is always available and resolved my issues quickly. I sent email and the response quickly came back within 24 hours. Understandably that no one will sit by email and monitor 24/7, so response within 24 hours is reasonable. If any stores want to integrate big suppliers with lots of products to your Shopify store, I'd definitely recommend Inventory Source. Thank you.

I've been using this app for almost a year and for the most part it has been great. Customer service is helpful and quick to respond. Only recently was there a sync issue with my integration and it took some time to get an initial response but once they started work on it they have kept me up to date on the progress.

Their customer service is not great. Since UNFI has switched to working with them exclusively, the prices have gone up a lot.

I have been using Inventory Source for over a year now. I am very happy with both the product, the team behind it. The learning curve at the beginning take a little time. Once you learn, you can add products and make changes fast

App might work for some however unfortunately not for us with Synnex. Synnex blamed Inventory Source. Inventory Source advised it's Synnex so we overall had a poor experience although might work for another supplier.

It works like it says it does. If you need a good feed for your products check this one out. I don't work there but I do use it.

Stay away. Inventory Source is a scam that lies to you to get you to sign up for premium plans and then doesn't provide the promised service. Their website is designed to scam with hard to find information on what a supplier supports and they also lie about what "premium" integration actually does with certain suppliers. All designed to get you to sign up for the premium plans. When confronted about it, they ignore your concerns and just make excuses even though everything they promised is in writing. Additionally, if you look at the profile of their leaders on Linkedin, they have all moved their focus to a different company so I'm sure there is little effort being invested to improve Inventory Source.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. They wiped our store clean, every single product. Now we are listing 250+ products back by hand. They stopped our business for a few days and are not taking responsibility. They synced with TD Synnex, and then loaded in the whole catalog, 22K proudcts, when we asked them to revert that, we come back to a store cleaned out of product pages we spent thousands of hours on.

The app is a great idea for people on Shopify for an automated ordering system. Further than that this is a typical program that provides ZERO support. You only get chat support and they are not that helpful. They waste about 30 minutes of your time and then have to "switch over to email" chat for further support. They usually come back with a lack luster solution and sometimes it takes longer than it should being that it could have big impact on your stores daily sales. 2 weeks into using it and I am looking at & almost forced to upgrade to their sister service at double the cost because it is the only way that I will get phone support.

LAST UPDATE TO A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE: WARNING- IF YOU END THEIR SERVICE THEY WILL ABANDON YOUR WEBSITE WITH ALL PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIONS THEY DUMPED IN AND YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN TO FIX ALL THE DAMAGE. Now that I have cancelled this awful service I have been basically left on my own to delete Thousands of Products I can’t sell because they are sold out and clean up my entire website. They don’t provide support. They gleefully take your money but the minute you realize how awful they are and cancel their “services” you are kicked to the curb with zero support and a ruined website. A very fitting end to an incompetent, awful company that only cares about taking your money. UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: they claimed last October to have fixed the faulty feed issue that caused me to refund all orders I got through them. It’s now March 2023 and I get an order from Them and the SAME issue exists - the products are out of stock on my supplier yet Inventory source shows 150 items in stock for that product - when i reach out to them they respond they are aware of the issue?!?! For how long have you been taking my money and doing nothing?!?! ! And they still refuse to refund me. So I am just ending my relationship with this incompetent company that doesn’t care about customer service or care about giving accurate info, Oct 2022 review Inventory source was sending me a faulty and inaccurate feed for months. I was selling things that were actually out of stock from the supplier. I had to refund hundreds and HUNDREDS of dollars in orders. I reported it to inventory source and they fixed it after a few weeks. When I asked to be reimbursed for months of getting a faulty feed they said it’s not their fault. That’s what you will get with Inventory source; An in accurate faulty feed and when you ask them to make it right they’ll say it’s not their fault. This is what Mark from the Inventory Source Support Team said to me: "The issue is not from our end, the supplier Morris changed their SKU number from their feed. We are in the process of reintegrating the supplier and updating the correct SKU number in the feed." So apparently it is not Inventory Source's responsibility to ensure they are getting an accurate feed. But it is your responsibility to pay them for whatever feed they send to your store and cause you all kinds of headaches.

Terrible App! These are not wholesale prices - more like retail prices with MSRP 30% above retail. Plus the suppliers are terrible.

The system is clear and easy to use and the this support continues after the integration is complete and is always prompt and clear. The integration allows me to focus on marketing and promoting my products, so it is absolutely essential for me, which is the reason why I chose this. I would without hesitation recommend this to other business to use.

So far I have had a good experience with IS. Any real issues I’ve had have mostly been on my end from lack of experience in general. I get fast responses though to all my questions which is exactly what you want.

Great app. Everything seems to be working well and saves me a lot of time. They were very quick with the set up even though the company I was integrating didn't seem to know what the were doing. Inventory Source was quick to respond and help the company out. I would recommend this app if you have alot of products and one of your suppliers is integrated with them

I've been using this app for almost a year. It's operated flawlessly and their customer service is the BEST. The interface for editing descriptions, prices and stuff is a godsend! I'm setting up another Shopify store now and will absolutely be using IS for that one as well. I highly recommend them!!!
