EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, EASY TO USE, A MUST HAVE FOR INVOICING. We are using our e-shop to sell products in Slovakia. However, the language was not available in the options of Invoice Printer Pro. Hence, I have emailed them and they were so kind to add the new language. This was in the span of less than 2 days!! If you would like to automise the process of creating invoices, this app is the answer. RECOMMENDED 5/5!!

Even if this app didnt fit our needs I would give it more than 5 stars just based on the incredible customer support! We thought this app would be good to print itemized receipts/invoices. At this point we are using the free application, and it was very easy to set up and customize the basics. Using the app is also simple, as you access Invoice Printer Pro directly from the order page. If customer support were rated on a scale of 1 to 10 they would easily score a 20. I contacted their customer support with the problem of discounts not appearing on the invoices, and was contacted literally within 5 minutes by one of the 2 app developers. I do not remember ever getting a quicker response, not to mention from someone so pleasant and knowledgeable, from any other entity's customer service. The problem was fixed by the next day and works perfectly now. All in all, this is a great app for our needs. The free plan is pretty basic, but it is completely free with no limits on printing, etc. We will be upgrading to a plan with a minimal monthly fee, as we would like more freedom to edit the invoices. The pay plans also have a free 7 day trial.
First, thank you so much for highlighting the issue of discounts not showing up. It was a specific case we had not handled before and had it not been for you, it would've been left that way. But thanks to you, our invoicing system is stronger and more robust than ever before. We are really grateful to you for that. And second, thank you for the kind words in your review. The template looks great and clean! Pretty much you can customize anything on the invoice, brilliant! The developer added the language to the app very quickly after we requested. Highly recommend using this app

I wanted to let you know that we have added Chinese to our app just now and if you select the language in the "Design Invoice" page, it will be automatically applied to your invoices. App seems good for my purposes. Thanks for quick response for a minor issue with template language. Good customer care :-).
Thank you for trying out our application. We just added Finnish language to our application. I've applied it to your invoices, so now all your invoices will be sent in Finnish. This app is essential for any shopify store, allowing the ability to finally generate automated invoices without. No hassle, and lots of customization options. Highly recommend!

I just started using this app and so far it is perfect! Super easy to set up and customize and very easy to print or send invoices. Bonus for me is it works on Safari, unlike some of the other apps. Highly recommend!

This app is great! I had a small change I needed made and they responded to my request the same day and had it changed within a couple of days. Sends out professional looking invoices to all my customers. Very impressed!!!
