Great solution for sending PDF invoices not offered by shopify. Occasionally updates cause minor bugs but the support team responds quickly and correct issues extremely quickly (every time it has been minutes not even hours). Great support!

Really useful app. I needed it to create quotes for my shop. Very simple to use. Also I had a positive engagement from the slcustomer service side after I encounter a set up issue.

al principio era muy util, ahora presenta varios de errores entre ellos que no puedo descarga la factura, los números aparecen como N/A etc.
Hi! Gracias por compartir esto, y siento mucho los problemas que encontraste. Desde entonces hemos lanzado una versión completamente nueva de la app, con generación de PDFs mucho más rápida, mayor precisión y mejor estabilidad en general. La versión que usabas era anterior a que adquiriéramos la app. Lamentablemente, no había sido bien mantenida por los dueños anteriores, lo que causaba errores como descargas fallidas o valores incorrectos. Ahora contamos con un equipo de ingeniería dedicado y un soporte mucho más rápido, y hemos reconstruido gran parte del sistema. Si estás abierto a ello, me encantaría que pruebes la nueva versión o que nos escribas directamente para ayudarte. - Sandesh / CEO

Danke für dein Feedback, und es tut mir wirklich leid, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast. Seitdem haben wir eine komplett neue Version der App veröffentlicht, mit deutlich besserer Performance, höherer Zuverlässigkeit und viel schnellerem Support. Die Version, die du genutzt hast, war noch vor unserer Übernahme. Leider wurde die App von den vorherigen Besitzern nicht gut gepflegt, weder in Bezug auf Updates noch auf Support. Heute haben wir ein starkes Engineering- und Support-Team aufgebaut und verbessern das Produkt kontinuierlich. Wenn du offen dafür bist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du die neue Version ausprobierst oder uns direkt kontaktierst, damit wir dir helfen können. - Sandesh / CEO

The support team was incredibly responsive and proactive in guiding us through the solution. Communication was smooth and easy, with the team explaining each step clearly and ensuring we were comfortable with the process.

Very easy to use and fully customizable. Only once in years I had an issue and they responded to my e-mail and solved it. So also customer support is fine - something which you do not know in advance. Thumbs up!

I had such a great experience with customer service through Invoice Falcon and that is HUGE for me. I feel very taken care of and that if any problem comes up, that they will not hesitate to speak with me instead of chat that can get confusing. LOVE IT!

Very easy set up and a great invoice template, very easy to design a new one that looks great and has all the essentials. Took me 5 mins to set up. I had an issues with my prices because I wasn't sure which box to check for taxes and the team were really quick to sort it out and fix the issue.

Works well and I have used this App for around 8 months. It does me well and sorted our the issues with manual processing that I had prior to having this APP.
