My experience with I Think Logistics has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the company has unfairly withheld my ₹2000 account balance which I am due for a refund. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, they are deliberately refusing to process the refund. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a clear breach of trust. Secondly, the operational service is terrible. Their primary function, package pickups, consistently fails to happen. Shipments are delayed indefinitely because the assigned agents do not show up. The customer service is non-existent, and the overall service quality is utterly useless. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They are unreliable and hold customer funds hostage. I demand an immediate resolution and the refund of my ₹2000.

I worked with iThink and I liked it very much. Their delivery is also good. People contact me quickly. We also get the contact number so that I don't have any problems. I get a conversation immediately. I liked their work very much. Thank you brother and thank you iThink.

I have used many Courier Aggregators, and I have also been using IThink Logistics since 4 months now, and I must say ITL is by far the best logistics partner that I would trust my shipments with. Especially since last month, when AMAN GROVER started overseeing my ITL Account, response from ITL Team is quickest, delivery performance is better and RTO percentage is the least till date. Also, I love how detailed yet simplified their dashboard is, unlike all others. Their ITL Connect+ feature takes work off your hands and automates a big chunk of your business. All in all, it's a go ahead for ITL if you ask me!

Excellent Customer support Team with great backend support to have delivery shipped on time. Response time to solve Courier related issues is great. Friendly Staff and have a great attitude to solve issues with If you have any problem, you get an instant reply after messaging, and the issue gets resolved at the same time, it's really great support same day resolution. Happy with the communication of the support staff. Sales Team has helped us to get more benefits at a resonable rate and are open to connect us with 3rd party vendors to increase our business scope. Overall it has been a positive relationship with ITL who has always addressed our problems on time. special thanks to support staff AVIRAL KANOUJIYA JI who have been giving us exceptional backed support to have deliveries rectified
