I've had an excellent experience with Ithink logistics and there client servicing team! Their dedication to providing top-notch service is truly commendable. Especially the new POC Ms. Avani has been outstanding, quick responding, cooperative, and always offering practical solutions. Their prompt responses and proactive approach make a real difference. Highly recommend their services!

IThink Logistic Quick Services LLP does not support new sellers. They disable accounts without any prior warning or communication. They also impose weight restrictions on new sellers without informing them in advance. After providing all my company's details, completing KYC, and paying ₹2000, they suddenly disabled my account one day without informing me. Though their dashboard is good and easy. Order sync is also smooth. Requesting you to refund the remaining balance in my account.
