have been using Ithink Logistics for my e-commerce shipments and overall my experience has been good. The platform is easy to use, order processing is smooth, and shipment tracking works well. Pickup and delivery services are also reliable for most orders. The only area that could be improved is customer support, which sometimes takes longer to respond. Apart from that, everything else like shipping integration, dashboard, and courier options works efficiently. Overall, it’s a good logistics solution for e-commerce sellers and helps manage shipments in a simple way.

We have had a good experience working with iThink Logistics. The team is responsive and supportive, especially when it comes to resolving operational queries and shipment-related concerns. Highly Recommended I Think Logistics To Any New Growing Start Up Ecommerce Platform Becasue No Extra And Fake Charges Of Any Kind Is Deducted. Whenever there’s an issue or concern, they respond quickly and resolve the problem efficiently. What stands out the most is their parcel delivery process, which is smooth and timely. I’m honestly really happy with the I think logistics service. The team was super responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They kept me in the loop the whole time and answered my questions quickly without any hassle. My delivery arrived right on time and in perfect condition, which made everything completely stress-free.
