we had a great experience with this third-party logistics service. Their escalation team is extremely responsive and helpful. Whenever there’s an issue or concern, they respond quickly and resolve the problem efficiently. What stands out the most is their parcel delivery process, which is smooth and timely. Delivery times are consistently accurate, and parcels are always delivered within the expected timeframe, which is crucial for any business. I would definitely recommend their services, especially if you need a fast and reliable delivery system!

I’m honestly really happy with the I think logistics service. The team was super responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They kept me in the loop the whole time and answered my questions quickly without any hassle. My delivery arrived right on time and in perfect condition, which made everything completely stress-free. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others

Excellent Customer support Team with great backend support to have delivery shipped on time. Response time to solve Courier related issues is great. Team has helped us to get more benefits at a reasonable rate and are open to connect us with 3rd party vendors Team is very flexible and go out of the way to solve customer logistics grievances and timely closure to imp tickets which are very critical to e commerce business I highly recommed I Think Logistics to any new growing start up e commerce platform because there very few professional aggrigators in market like them who give personalised services and help in the growth of start ups which is very important I wish them very good luck and keep up the good work

We’ve been associated with this logistics since 2024 and have had a good experience so far. The platform is easy to use, integrations work well with Shopify, and order processing has been reliable also Our POC Arina is helpful and responsive. It has definitely simplified our logistics operations.

We’ve been using iThink Logistics for the past three years for our D2C brand, IYKA, and the experience has been excellent. Their service has been reliable and consistent throughout. A special mention to our dedicated service agent, Mr. Sujith, who has been doing a wonderful job—his support, responsiveness, and assistance make day-to-day operations much smoother. The dashboard is simple, intuitive, and easy to learn, which makes staff training quick and efficient. COD settlements have always been timely, with no issues so far. Overall, iThink Logistics has been a dependable logistics partner for our brand, and we’re happy to continue working with them.

I have used many Courier Aggregators, and I have also been using IThink Logistics since 4 months now, and I must say ITL is by far the best logistics partner that I would trust my shipments with. Especially since last month, when AMAN GROVER started overseeing my ITL Account, response from ITL Team is quickest, delivery performance is better and RTO percentage is the least till date. Also, I love how detailed yet simplified their dashboard is, unlike all others. Their ITL Connect+ feature takes work off your hands and automates a big chunk of your business. All in all, it's a go ahead for ITL if you ask me!

Friendly Staff and have a great attitude to solve issues with If you have any problem, you get an instant reply after messaging, and the issue gets resolved at the same time, it's really great support same day resolution. Happy with the communication of the support staff. Sales Team has helped us to get more benefits at a resonable rate and are open to connect us with 3rd party vendors to increase our business scope.
