Pickup times is 4-5 days per order and poor customer support. we have faced order cancellations and negative client feedback. As these service issues are impacting our reputation, we no longer wish to continue. Please process a refund for our remaining balance and close our account immediately.

I’ve tried the app twice now and still haven’t received any support to get my account set up. It raises concerns about the level of service I can expect moving ahead.
