They go above and beyond to resolve logistics challenges and ensure timely closure of critical tickets, which plays a vital role in maintaining seamless operations. A special mention to Vaishali and Vishal, who manage our account. Vaishali has been extremely prompt and responsive, while both have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Even during challenging discussions, their focus has always remained on improving the overall experience. Having been associated with Shiprocket for nearly a decade, we faced persistent challenges such as lack of support and delayed responses, even at senior levels. have been using Ithink Logistics for my e-commerce shipments and overall my experience has been good. The platform is easy to use, order processing is smooth, and shipment tracking works well. Pickup and delivery services are also reliable for most orders. The only area that could be improved is customer support, which sometimes takes longer to respond. Apart from that, everything else like shipping integration, dashboard, and courier options works efficiently. Overall, it’s a good logistics solution for e-commerce sellers and helps manage shipments in a simple way.
