have been using Ithink Logistics for my e-commerce shipments and overall my experience has been good. The platform is easy to use, order processing is smooth, and shipment tracking works well. Pickup and delivery services are also reliable for most orders. The only area that could be improved is customer support, which sometimes takes longer to respond. Apart from that, everything else like shipping integration, dashboard, and courier options works efficiently. Overall, it’s a good logistics solution for e-commerce sellers and helps manage shipments in a simple way.

These are Scammers, Frauds, one of the Worst Logistic Company and They have put my 40-50K Amount on Hold and also when I stopped sending my Orders they Forced RTO almost 250+ Shipments and Total Approximately 600+ RTO worth 12-15 Lac Rupees. Manhor who onboarded me was taking follow ups daily to onboard me and when it comes to Service they will Ghost you. Their NDR System is Total Fraud and Fake. Kaplana who was KAM working with this Fraud ithink logistics Company working for 5 Years will call for Shipments but not the one already sent. Promises call back never Calls. Working with this Company will be Nightmare. This is my First Review and I am Posting this on every Public Fouram and also Google or anywhere these Scammers are Listed. We are already in Process of Prepration of Legal Action for Loss more than 15 Lac by this Scammer Company. We are also writing to Shopify Team to take down this App. Check Google reviews and you will see how many Bad Reviews are there. I warned you Guys I will be Posting everything in Public and waited for you to Refund the Money but you Guys didnt bothered to Return the Money and Compensate for the Loss.
