I have used many Courier Aggregators, and I have also been using IThink Logistics since 4 months now, and I must say ITL is by far the best logistics partner that I would trust my shipments with. Especially since last month, when AMAN GROVER started overseeing my ITL Account, response from ITL Team is quickest, delivery performance is better and RTO percentage is the least till date. Also, I love how detailed yet simplified their dashboard is, unlike all others. Their ITL Connect+ feature takes work off your hands and automates a big chunk of your business. All in all, it's a go ahead for ITL if you ask me!

Excellent Customer support Team with great backend support to have delivery shipped on time. Response time to solve Courier related issues is great. Friendly Staff and have a great attitude to solve issues with If you have any problem, you get an instant reply after messaging, and the issue gets resolved at the same time, it's really great support same day resolution. Happy with the communication of the support staff. Sales Team has helped us to get more benefits at a resonable rate and are open to connect us with 3rd party vendors to increase our business scope. I was using delhivery and i was fed up with it due to no POC and ticketing system. Then with ITL they give POC which is the best part as you can just drop a text or call and any concern of yours will be solved asap. My RTO ratio and fake attempts reduced significantly due to same, My POC Mr. Jilani has been very helpful for all concerns as well reattempts, escalated delivery all concerns are handled perfectly

i have use this platform more than 1 month after i am writing this review. No Professionalism, they are not able to pickup regularly, 80% reverse order fake attempt and cancel, overall 12% delivery down, i have share delivery data of different platform for proof but they have no solution. always i receive answer "update you within... " but i never get update. if you have ecommerce business please do not try this platform.
