I was using delhivery and i was fed up with it due to no POC and ticketing system. Then with ITL they give POC which is the best part as you can just drop a text or call and any concern of yours will be solved asap. My RTO ratio and fake attempts reduced significantly due to same, My POC Mr. Jilani has been very helpful for all concerns as well reattempts, escalated delivery all concerns are handled perfectly
