Excellent Customer support Team with great backend support to have delivery shipped on time. Response time to solve Courier related issues is great. Friendly Staff and have a great attitude to solve issues with same day resolution. Happy with the communication of the support staff. Sales Team has helped us to get more benefits at a resonable rate and are open to connect us with 3rd party vendors to increase our business scope. Overall it has been a positive relationship with ITL who has always addressed our problems on time. special thanks to support staff Monica and Kajol who have been giving us exceptional backend support to have deliveries rectified.
