Did not work at all, the UI just totally hung in the app and I could not even get it to work. Bad times

Brilliant app and top-notch support, couldn’t be happier Can’t fault the Jotform App or the team behind it - absolutely spot on. It was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, and everything worked seamlessly right from the start. Training the AI bot is refreshingly straightforward. No faffing about with complicated flows or hours of setup like some others, it just works. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely user-friendly. A proper plug-and-play solution for anyone looking to add AI to their store. A full 5-star experience, great app, great people. Highly recommended.

I love Jotform, so far so good!! I have lots of content on my website and visitors ask questions and it provides smart comprehensive answers leaving them happy and saying "thank you"! It also does a great job answering all queries related to customer orders on my Shopify store and that leaves me with more time to do other stuff! Essential tool for any online business.

It was a great experience. I enjoyed every bit of it. It is user-friendly and very flexible. I love the fact that I am able to customize and train my AI chatbot to my taste.

The chatbot was very easy to use and customize. It come up with default configuration that help up deploy the chatbot quickly
