I was getting tired of trying Chat ai agents having tested many. This one actually works amazingly well . I tested it with many scenarios questions and even got angry with it it to test its response. It learns very well and outshines its competitors . More importantly it interacts with the customer and promotes sales . AAA

So far, this app has been a huge time saver. It provides accurate and useful information to our customers. Lots of options to customize the responses but pretty good out the gate.

I had some trouble upgrading my plan through Shopify since the discount wasn’t applying. It took a bit longer than expected, but Jotform eventually fixed the problem and honored the discount. Thank you for making it right — everything is working well now.

Brilliant app and top-notch support, couldn’t be happier Can’t fault the Jotform App or the team behind it - absolutely spot on. It was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, and everything worked seamlessly right from the start. Training the AI bot is refreshingly straightforward. No faffing about with complicated flows or hours of setup like some others, it just works. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely user-friendly. I love Jotform, so far so good!! I have lots of content on my website and visitors ask questions and it provides smart comprehensive answers leaving them happy and saying "thank you"! It also does a great job answering all queries related to customer orders on my Shopify store and that leaves me with more time to do other stuff! Essential tool for any online business.
