I had an exceptional experience with the customer service provided by Jubilee. When I had a question about one of their products, Rochelle, their customer service representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with ease and providing me with additional information about the product. It was clear that Rochelle was passionate about Jubilee and the natural and organic beauty products they offer. I appreciated the updates on the shipping status of my Jubilee products and the environmentally friendly packaging. Overall, the customer service provided by Rochelle and Jubilee was outstanding and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Jubilee for their excellent customer service.

It's a good app for start up, haven't ordered samples yet but today i will. Rochelle was a huge help in the process because i was having problems syncing my products. Rochelle explained the process and reason for error. Awesome customer support!

So far, so good! I've got my products set up in my shop: https://liveoutlaw.com/collections/unbridled-by-outlaw I even was able to make some contextual images to go along with it. I'm waiting for the products to come in so I can evaluate the quality, but so far, so good!

I understand the concept of this app and would be a great addition to my shop, although once I found out it was not available for Canadian buyers, I deactivated the app before my free trial was up. Rochelle was able to help me with prompt responses, their customer service is great! I would be curious to see what more the app has to offer once it becomes available to Canadians.
