this is a scam website. they have been charging me for services i cancelled and don't use. they are the same team as dropshiptool.io. stay away from these thieves.

I beg you to stay away from this app. They try to sell you spooky offers. Without showing you an active membership in your account as well as no invoice records they will charge your credit card monthly. Trying to reset your passwort will not help to regain access to your account and deleting the app from your shopify account will keep spooky subcriptions running. The customers service is not helpful at all. A lot of other reviews show that this happened to thousand others as well. This app is really useless and your subscriptions will run forever without possibilities to stop it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD APP!

Easy to use. Not what I expected, I ordered a sample thinking I'd get to see my logo. Fair enough it's a sample no logo. But, it took a few weeks and some complaining to get the product delivered. I'm told you need to order 5 items to get the logo. Logo = brand = why I chose to try Jubile. My order of 5 products arrives with only 4 items in the package. And you guessed it no logo. Now I'm told that I need to order a quantity of 5 items to see my logo on the product. I have been misled and misinformed.

terrible customer service, lack on info, no way to cancel your subscription. Got on a chat and asked to cancel, all they did was send me a weird screenshot that was not reassuring at all.

I do not recommend this app or any app from the brand / company Innovation Labs. They bait and switch you with the pricing on the Shopify pages. They say free and then rope you into subscribing. No way to even view their products without subscription. I'd give -10 stars if I could for your team being snakes on the pricing. Shame on you.

the fact that you HAVE to give them your credit card information just to look at what products they offer ( and there aren't that many of them) is ridiculous. Then when you try to unsubscribe, it is a 5 to 10 minute process with tons of popups, being asked over and over if you are sure you want to cancel, being required to imput your password twice and type CONFIRM as well as telling them exactly why you are cancelling. It is unnecessarilly hard which makes it seem like the business is trying to use some shady tactics. It was a bad experience. I only wanted to look at the product catalog and i got charged $1.99 from JUBILEE DROPSHIP for that.

I was try a trial with them and they ask me to put my debit card to confirm trial , my trial ended and i didn’t subscribe to any plan , but they try about 4 or 5 times to withdraw subscription fees , when i contact them to slove this issu they tell me that i have a subscription but i prove that i haven’t any active subscription on my account with a screen shot , then they till me they will cancel the subscription but it doesn’t happened till now , and they still try to withdraw fees every 2 days

It appears that they're illegally using your personal data, an unauthorized login was attempted to one of my emails, and shortly after (30 mins) I received a fake customer service email from them to that exact email address. Beware

I did respond! It’s simple: just stop charging my credit card, please. I’ve already contacted Rochelle (Customer Support Manager) on 07/09/24, 07/10/24, 07/16/24, and 07/23/24, but Jubilee is still charging me! To make matters worse, every time you charge my credit card, I have to call the credit card company, and they say they need to issue a new card with a new number. It’s a huge hassle...PLEASE STOP IT!!! Initial review: I strongly advise against using the Jubilee.beauty Shopify App. Our experience with their service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We initially signed up for their free trial to test the app’s features. However, even after confirming with their attendant Rochelle via chat that the trial was canceled, they continued to charge my credit card. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response whatsoever. This demonstrates a clear lack of integrity and extremely poor customer service. They not only failed to honor the cancellation but also ignored our subsequent inquiries. If you value your time and money, avoid Jubilee.beauty Shopify App at all costs. There are plenty of other options available that provide reliable service and respect their customers.

A truly unfortunate experience. The idea is good. The execution unfortunately not. Racked up 49 customer orders over a week, couldn't place orders at all in their app. Tried clearing cache, different browsers, different devices and their tech team just couldn't get it working within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately will have to refund these customer's orders since Jubilee could not get their act together. The only bright side is they are responsive but that only goes so far if your service doesn't work in the first place. First app that we've had an actual bad experience with. It's a shame but we have to cut our losses and move forward.

very bad app. not even professional designers, take a long time to get own designer subscription paid as a pro and then deleted from Shopify, but the subscription still goes on, till you need to install the app again and remove a subscription from their application, not automatically from Shopify. and of course still no refund.
