I had some trouble obtaining my shipping information for a sample order, but Rochelle was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Despite it taking a few days to investigate, she was determined to get to the bottom of the matter and succeeded in processing my order. Not only did she provide me with the tracking number, but she also offered a free month for the inconvenience. Overall, I'm very impressed with Rochelle's excellent customer service and support. I had an exceptional experience with the customer service provided by Jubilee. When I had a question about one of their products, Rochelle, their customer service representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with ease and providing me with additional information about the product. It was clear that Rochelle was passionate about Jubilee and the natural and organic beauty products they offer. I appreciated the updates on the shipping status of my Jubilee products and the environmentally friendly packaging. Overall, the customer service provided by Rochelle and Jubilee was outstanding and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Jubilee for their excellent customer service.
