I haven't started using this app yet as I am waiting for Canada shipments, however, I can tell you that customer service is top notch! Rochelle is friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.

Great concept. Product options are currently limited but am promised more are on the way. They're also working on better imagery per product. Customer service is top-notch. Best I've experienced. Rochelle is phenomenal. Very helpful and pleasant. Customer service is 10/10.

I'm very new to this service at this point. There seem to be a few minor issues so far, but nothing that should cause concern moving forward. Rochelle is quick to address any questions I have, and I believe she truly strives to continually improve the service. However, there are not enough customization possibilities, text modifications, logo position on the products. Quality of the images. I have not used Jubilee for an extended period of time and honestly am new to it but I can see that they allow you to showcase your brand with custom logs on the products. And I believe this to be crucial when just starting a business. I will update my review after a period of time.

As of the date of this review: the app has only 20-30 products in their entire catalog. It looks and feels like someone put this website up and then completely forgot about it maintaining it. Don't recommend.

I had to write a wrong. Initially I added the Jubilee app and unistalled it because I thought I received no help. The Jubilee team (Shaddrah and Rochelle) rushed right in to get my feedback on improvement and walked me through zoom calls where I had product installed. The app is phenomenal. PROFESSIONAL customer service and REALLY nice natural products. I am happy to be working with the team to grow mu online business. Thanks Guys!

So I install the app after seeing the ads, I thought why not give it a try. Then I saw some nice beauty product where I can put my logo and sell it. That would be nice in a perfect world if i can do all that with no hassle. However, I quickly realize that app contain lots of bugs and I believe this app is not even finished. First, logo upload don't work. Second, after you click "add to product" on a product. Then you go to Products in the menu, both "Pushed to store" and "Unpublish" button not responding at all. So basically its useless to even download this app in shopify. No idea why they would advertise when it is not even complete
