There were many detailed questions on our site, which provides services on premium furniture, and it was impossible for us to answer all of these questions, but juphy provides complete answers to most questions, especially about the products. It speaks fluently, as if there was a real representative in front of the customer, and provides excellent support. Some of the excellent features are that we can see which links customers click on while the conversation is open, product-specific conversation pop-ups appear, and the changes we specify can be displayed in a short time. We receive very fast feedback regarding support. Juphy has definitely put our site ahead. We cannot imagine a scenario without it.

Juphy AI is a game-changer! I was blown away by how easy it was to set up and start using. It brings all our customer messages into one place, so we’re not juggling different platforms. The chatbot itself is smart and really picks up on what customers need, so we’re spending less time replying and more time actually helping people out.

This app is spectacular, it helps in many forms and aspects , one of them is that it helps clients to make better choices , which enhances efficiency and grants confidence while buying. The most feature i like is tracking order number , it really helps when there are many orders and client needs much more clarity with ordering process which gives an extra reason for him to come back and order again.

With Juphy, I am able to provide better customer service to my clients by answering questions related to all my available products, and the good thing is that it does it automatically for me. This has saved me a lot of time. The feature that I like the most about Juphy is the ability to have it scan through all my products on my website and provide exact information to my customers. As well as the option to teach it and look more human. I can tell you that I am very satisfied with the product and customer service.

I really love this app it came at the perfect time. I was looking for a chat on my website where I would answer questions for potential customer and Juphy is even better than what I was looking for. It scanned my whole website and answers any question someone may have. My favorite feature is that you can train it to respond the way you want. If you want to more specific you. Implementing AI in our business is definitely a game changer. Honestly, thank you for creating this much needed app. 5 stars.

Juphy really solved our problem of not being able to explain more detailed information to our customers. With Juphy any information needed from the customer is there in the chat - no more looking for what you want by browsing the complete store, it's a game changer. We love the train your AI feature because it really allows us to customize certain answers that we would like the AI to give to our customers.

Using this sort of A.I tool is very handy indeed, even when your a new business starting out, you got little funds to pay and train staff, not only that, if your staff have a time and day they work, this handy app acts like an human but the best thing, it can run 24/7, so if you think about all the hours paying staff, this sort of app can save your business a lot of money in the long run! How can this app save you money? Well, factor the hours + hourly wage per staff + any training and holiday pay ect, you will be paying a lot more than what this app can do, so it's why we think you should get this app on your store right now! P.s make sure to train the A.I on what your buyers might ask you, that way, it will remember next time!

This app helps me to keep on top of my customer service at all hours and I love that you can retrain it! It uses information already on my website and it’s so great how little I had to work to get it responding with the right answers. You can test it as often as you like to be sure it’s answering a multitude of inquiries correctly. This takes so much pressure and work off my plate so I can focus on creating my products. What an innovation.

Honestly, Juphy has been incredible for our customer support. It’s cut costs and made life so much easier by handling 24-hour support. Most of the time, customers' questions have answers somewhere on our website, like in the FAQ or product details. Juphy’s AI swoops in, scans everything, and learns those answers, saving us about 70% of the time we used to spend on these repetitive queries. For the questions that still need a human touch, Juphy smartly routes them to our team, so we’re always giving our customers top-notch assistance. One feature I absolutely love is that I can train Juphy with my own answers. This means that when there’s a question not covered on the site, I can update Juphy to handle it next time. It’s reassuring to know that customers are getting the best help possible, even when I’m not directly involved.

We have been using Juphy for some time, and I am thoroughly impressed with the support and educational resources provided by the team behind it. They are responsive and helpful. We provide training to the AI in the background to ensure it delivers accurate responses. As a result, the AI has started giving much more precise answers. One of the most beneficial aspects is that Juphy can respond to our customers almost as accurately as we would, even outside our working hours. This has been incredibly valuable for our team. Seems a great product that I would love to integrate into my store. Easy to set up and worked well. I like to be able to step away from my shop to relax , and lovely to know that any questions are being answered! Customer support seems pretty good too. Unfortunately not enough demand in my shop in Norway for it yet, but something I will install again in future when traffic is higher!

Juphy is great. You can manage all social accounts under your workspace very easily. Also they'll give you access to Shop Assistant which saves you a ton of time and you use your support rep for anything else. it works pretty great with Shopify giving all details to customers. So happy...

Delighted with this app! I have more than 13 years of experience in e-commerce, and my main issue is (was) that I couldn't answer all the potential buyer's messages 24/7 mainly because of the time zone difference. Juphy is literally doing everything instead of me! It can even recommend an appropriate product to the buyer so I don't lose potential sales anymore! Easy 5-star review!

The customer support team is very responsive. Cem and Irem were very helpful in implementing Juphy quickly. We really like the fact that we can test the chatbot multiple times and train the answers before publishing it on our website. Juphy’s dashboard is also very clean and easy to use. It’s amazing that we can also manage all social media conversations together with the chatbot in a single dashboard
