I used this app to create a preorder item and Alex was incredibly helpful with answering my questions and guiding me through fixes to ensure everything was working properly! My only suggestion is it would be nice if the app could limit the amount of preorders to what we know we'll have in stock so we don't over sell our incoming supply.

It works great. fully customizable and it is showing up on my product pages. I had an issue first it wasn't showing up, but customer service was very responsive and they fixed the issue quickly. And any time you have questions they respond right away.

I received the assistance I needed to install the pre-order button and customized language. It has additional features, if you choose. Very pleased and it's free! As you know, these apps add up.

so far so good, help desk very accommodating I have just added the app and it is quite easy to use and it is free so that is good too

We used this app for pre-orders and found it simpler and faster then a few other apps out there. Customer service was quick and fixed a early problem we had as well.

I had a minor issue setting up the products, but customer service helped promptly and made suggestions very accurate that helped me fixed the issue fast and simple. With this done I can keep receiving orders. Thanks support team !
