Stellar app + stellar service = winning combination! The app is a lifesaver as I had some issues with a different preorder app that crashed my site thus I found my way to greener pastures with Kaktus!!! This is sooooo user-friendly, easy to setup in very little steps and with much ease. The interface is easy to handle and really only takes about 3-5 minutes to setup. I had a few custom design/functionality questions and with the simple use of the chat interface, I was up and running in under 3 minutes!! A COMPLETELY different experience from the previous app I installed and quickly uninstalled.... this one is definitely a keeper! Keep up the great work and thanks for supporting us small business owners!

This is a really good app. Tech support is readily available when needed, though once you get the hang of it, you don't need tech support. I'm glad to support these people.

I've just installed so I didn't have time to try it for a period, anyway I have some doubts that were solved very quickly. I will start using in a range of articles and if it is working fine as it suggest in the first tests that I did I will expand to the whole eshop

Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order.

I had some issues getting set up, live chat was very responsive and helpful. Were able to help me modify the design and get it set up.

So far so good, the process for making items able to be pre-ordered is smooth and gives you a easy simple instructions to follow to customize your design. I will update and add another review after a week.
