The team are proactive with help and always come to a solution. I do wish there were more options to exclude vendor and categories from promotions instead of only having inclusions.

Kite is fairly easy to set up and customize. I've run into a few issues with running promos but customer service was responsive and able to quickly help

The Kite support team has been professional, responsive, and patient throughout. They have been quick to address our questions and were always willing to arrange Google Meet sessions to troubleshoot issues or walk us through the setup. Their hands-on support has been invaluable and made the implementation process much smoother. While the app itself still has some hiccups, and certain functions can be limiting depending on the use case, the support team has consistently done their best to understand our requirements and provide solutions or workarounds whenever possible. We appreciate their dedication and look forward to seeing the app continue to improve.

Had a great experience with the Kite support team while evaluating the app for our store. They were very responsive and patiently answered all our detailed questions including how free gifts work across multiple cart-value campaigns, GoKwik checkout compatibility, and pricing plans. The app integrates with Shopify's native discount system (Shopify Functions) and their team confirmed compatibility with GoKwik checkout, which was a major requirement for us. Still evaluating a few technical details before full setup, but the support experience so far has been excellent.
