There is very good functionality with this app and generally it is easy to use. Whenever I have required support to update something then the support has been available and resolved my queries quickly.

I just started using Kite, and it’s been wonderful for add-ons and freebies in our promo campaigns. Hope to continue it for longer. Whenever I’ve had an issue, their customer support, especially Janet has been quick and helpful in resolving it.

App does what I want and is relatively straight forward. Support is not in the USA so schedules are a bit out of sync but they have been helpfull with me figuring things out.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and had some issues with the initial setup. The customer service is incredibly efficient – I always received help within minutes. The support is truly top-notch and they are consistently friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend them!

Janet was a fabulous help to me in fixing a few issues -- overall the support has been great and the tool is simple and effective. Plenty of optionality but streamlined in setup. Fab!
