Great option for discounts, gifts and bundles. Support is also very helpful and fast to respond.

We recently added the Kite app to our Shopify store, and the experience has been outstanding. Janet Nelson and Rohan have been absolutely wonderful to work with. It was easy to set up and get the free discount running. However, there were location-based needs that they weren't able to handle (pickup orders still adding the gift even if it's not in stock at that location and the inability to limit the free gift to shipping orders only). But, their support was fast and helpful to determine the problem and limitation.

This app has helped to speed up the setup of flexible offers. Customer Support is also great. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

After several issues with this app integrating with my store in shopify, the customer service team at Kite worked wonderfully at solving the issues. They set up a time to meet with me to walk through the issues until we figured it out. I'm still testing the app with my site, but I'm hopeful it continues to work the way it has been designed.
