The customer support is exceptional! I had an issue setting up a discount for a custom order, and the response was almost instant. They even offered a Google Meet right away. Since I couldn't join the call, they recorded a step-by-step video tutorial specifically for my case and later answered all my follow-up questions. Wonderful App!! Meets the expectations.

Just started using Kite, but so far it's been great! Love the look, the progress bars, and that I can customize where I want each sale to appear on the site.

Installed the app, all working well, had a small issue where the check out button was displaced in our cart drawer, Tanu helped us to fix the issue very quickly, much appreciated.

App works as it should so far and quick response from contacting them with a question.
