I sent some complicated questions to the Kite team today because I just couldn't find a solution. Sufia and her team responded immediately and connected with me directly via Google Meet. They were able to answer all my questions and really helped us a lot. I was completely satisfied.Thank you so much !

Kite has been wonderful for add-ons and freebies on our promo campaigns. And when I've had issues, their customer support (and, recently, Janet) has been quick to help resolve them. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Kite’s support team! Janet was incredibly helpful and found a solution to my issue very quickly. She was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process easy. The app itself is also super useful for running free gift promotions at checkout. It works exactly as expected. Highly recommend both the app and their amazing support team!

App works great, multiple discounts are possible, integration is easy. Great support team. We could create : - Automatic free gift after X amount spent - Automatic discount for products in X collection after adding X products from that collection - Automatic free gift for specific variants added And all of this while applying the discounts according to the customer tag. I'm removing one star because sometimes the discounts don't work right away and I have to get in contact with the team, it would be easier for me to be more autonomous on the app and not having the team double check.
