Wir setzen KITE für unsere Rabatt- und Gratis-Artikel-Aktionen ein und sind wirklich zufrieden. Was uns besonders gefällt, ist der Support: Man bekommt immer schnell eine Antwort, und selbst kleinere Sonderwünsche wurden schnell für uns umgesetzt. Die App ist einfach gut gemacht – und zwar nicht nur bei den Gratis-Artikeln, sondern genauso bei anderen Aktionen. Gerade bei den Gratis-Artikeln hat man richtig viele Möglichkeiten, auch für komplexere Setups, die bei anderen Discount-Apps so einfach nicht liefen. Und wer mag, kann über CSS noch jede Menge selbst anpassen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Very good app - helps us alot

Was experiencing issues with how I was configuring my discount tiers. Support was available to assist within 5 minutes of sending a chat and jumped on screen share to help guide me through the process.

So far this app is helping to improve our ATC and checkout rate with a few improvements. Tanu from the team was very responsive and helped us get up and running quickly!
