Super quick to respond and resolved my issue right away with my settings for the promo I set up. They corrected what I did wrong quickly and my free gift promo was up and running!

It was easy to set up and get the free discount running. However, there were location-based needs that they weren't able to handle (pickup orders still adding the gift even if it's not in stock at that location and the inability to limit the free gift to shipping orders only). But, their support was fast and helpful to determine the problem and limitation.
