Just had to build a tiered discount after almost a year. In that year we updated our theme. Support was great to get me up and operational again. Really like the app.

The support team is quite active. I needed some assistance with the settings on two of my stores, and Janet helped me resolve them. Even though it took some time, she kept following up with me in regular intervals. Cheers to the kite support team. On the other hand, I would encourage the developper to make the app more user-friendly. He/She should consider giving more customisation options to the app users. The UI of the app can be further improved. It is not quite intuitive. The pricing plan is quite competitive, so that's a plus. With a better UI, I believe this app can do much better.
