I’ve had a positive experience with the app. The discount features, like "Buy X Get Y," are user-friendly and effective. The support team is responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, a great tool for managing promotions!

The app is easy to use and intuitive. It gives you so much more flexibility than just using Shopify's discount engine. The support is also top-tier. They’ve helped me quickly and thoroughly every time I needed to troubleshoot a discount. I highly recommend this app.

After being Easy Bundles (another app by Skai Lama) power users for the past several years, we were super excited to test out Kite. So far, we've been absolutely loving it!! Super easy to use and does exactly what we're looking for in regards to custom discounts behaving the way in which we desire. The Skai Lama team is INCREDIBLE - answering every single one of our questions that we have & are determined to make sure that the app is achieving our goals. Would absolutely recommend this app to everyone!

Love this app! So much easier to created tiered sales rules (would be even greater if it works for subscriptions as well). Support is also top notch!

Kite: Discount & Free Gift has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It makes it easy to set up clean, reliable promos like “Buy One, Gift One 50% off” without any messy workarounds, and the offer applies smoothly at checkout. Simple to use, does exactly what it promises, and helps us run campaigns that feel polished and on-brand. Big shout-out to Janet as well — she was genuinely helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole setup process even easier. Highly recommend.
