I had a wonderful experience using Kite: Discount & Free Gift on my store. The app is simple to work with and does exactly what I needed for running promotions. Their support team was very quick to respond and helped me right away. A special thanks to Ms. Tanu for her guidance and patience, she made the whole process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend this app to other store owners.

Excellent Support from Shri Shri was incredibly helpful in assisting us with Kite Discount App support. He resolved an issue with the placement of both the free gift widget and the progress goal widget, and was extremely thorough in ensuring everything functioned correctly across all themes and product detail pages. Our site has complex custom coding and over 23 SKUs, and Shri took the time to test and validate each scenario to make sure the widgets displayed and behaved properly everywhere. His attention to detail, patience, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate his dedication and expertise — outstanding support!
