We were looking for a Free Gift app that could handle specific requirements, such as targeting distinct markets. Kite Discount checked every single box. While we initially ran into a few theme-specific issues, their customer support team responded right away and resolved everything.

So far I am very impressed with this App. I am fairly new to it but I am excited to see the different possibilities and options. So far it has been great customer service too.

Great technical support from Bijoy on helping me with the Kite App. As always Bijoy is very thorough in setting up our applications. We are very pleased with the apps we get from Skai Lama!!!

Kite is fairly easy to set up and customize. I've run into a few issues with running promos but customer service was responsive and able to quickly help

Loved the features overall, but what really stood out was the support from CS. it made the whole process incredibly easy. It only took me 30 minutes from installing the app to deploying our first offer. Highly recommended!

This app is easy to setup and the support is prompt and easily accessed if you need it. The ability to restrict the free gift via URL was a feature that we couldn't find elsewhere. Very happy with this app.
