The support team is quite active. I needed some assistance with the settings on two of my stores, and Janet helped me resolve them. Even though it took some time, she kept following up with me in regular intervals. Cheers to the kite support team. On the other hand, I would encourage the developper to make the app more user-friendly. He/She should consider giving more customisation options to the app users. The UI of the app can be further improved. It is not quite intuitive. The pricing plan is quite competitive, so that's a plus. With a better UI, I believe this app can do much better.

很不错，能解决很多的问题。如果能更加智能就好了。 买A产品，免费得到B产品，并且A产品同时减100美金这个功能还是比较欠缺，特别是B产品可以让客户自己选择颜色的。

You can customize settings to fit your specific promotion type, and match the look to your site. The app is easy to navigate. I did run into a minor issue while running my first promotion, but I really appreciated the live assistance— Janet was very prompt and attentive to try to resolve it right away.
