Very friendly staff who are happy to go above and beyond to help you setup everything from the app to the campaigns themselves. The app itself is highly intuitive and provides numerous features to customise the customer experience and the specifics of the discounts themselves. I would highly recommend this app to anyone seeking a more developed discounting experience on shopify.

Excellent Support from Shri Shri was incredibly helpful in assisting us with Kite Discount App support. He resolved an issue with the placement of both the free gift widget and the progress goal widget, and was extremely thorough in ensuring everything functioned correctly across all themes and product detail pages. Our site has complex custom coding and over 23 SKUs, and Shri took the time to test and validate each scenario to make sure the widgets displayed and behaved properly everywhere.
