I like that they contacted me to see if I liked the app. I think it is a good sign when a company takes initiative like that. i was a having a small problem but I couldn’t get back to them bc I was working my other job. When I opened my email someone had already found out what was wrong and helped me fix it without me having to ask them too. I appreciate that. It is nice when people take initiative.

Very happy so far with Kit Karts! Customer service has been Five Stars as well. I had a question on how to add something to my emails....instead of waiting for an email response or some common problem solve link..my question was not only answered in live chat in about 30 seconds but the rep Alan adjusted what needed for me right then and there!.....Keep up the great work guys!

Let us know when someone had left our store with merchandise in our cart. Wish that they could recover some more of the carts.
